Roasted Garlic Thyme Potatoes
This recipe is my fool proof recipe that I go to every time I am hosting a dinner. It’s easy to make but tastes flavorful. Your guests will think you took culinary classes! 😉 Olive oil, good quality sea salt and garlic when combined together creates strong wonderful flavors, adding the herbs just makes it earthy and even better. This is my favorite side dish when I am preparing a Italian, French or American meal.
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp dried or 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
4 cloves of minced garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
10 small to medium size potatoes, cut into halves or quarters
1) Preheat oven to 400F
2) Put foil paper on a baking sheet.
3) Add potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, thyme, and salt. Mix the ingredients altogether, making sure each side is coated. Lay flat on the baking sheet.
4) Roast for 45 minutes or when crispy and golden brown.
